City Council Work Session
December 1, 2014
Present were: Mayor Grenier, Councilors Nelson, Theberge, Benski, Morgan Allain, Remillard, Rozek; absent were Councilor Higbee, and Otis

Council Resignation Letter
Paula Benski read her letter of resignation. Mayor Grenier commented that she has been a great asset and has brought a lot to the table making her a vital part of the Council.
Non-Public Session
Councilor Theberge moved with a second from Councilor Benski to enter into non-public session per RSA 91-A:II (d) Consideration of the acquisition, sale or lease of real or personal property which, if discussed in public, would likely benefit a party or parties whose interests are adverse to those of the general community. The motion carried unanimously by roll call.
Councilor Rozek moved to seal the minutes until the seller accepts the terms and conditions of the purchase and sale agreement as releasing them may render the proposed action ineffective; Councilor Nelson seconded and the motion carried unanimously by roll call.
Councilor Remillard moved to come out of nonpublic session; Councilor Morgan Allain seconded and the motion carried unanimously by roll call.
Councilor Rozek moved to enter into non-meeting per RSA 91-A:2 I (c) Legal Consultation; Councilor Remillard seconded and the motion carried unanimously by roll call.
There being no further business in the work session, Mayor Grenier moved on to the Regular Meeting.
